Super RARE! If you are reading this then you know what I mean. Records are in Mint Minus condition. No scratches. They look like they have never been played before. Box is in near mint condition with just a little wear on the bottom of the box. See pics all corner are perfect. Paper sleeves are in great condition. Please see pictures. If you would like to see more pictures just ask. On a scale of 1 to10, I would say it's a 9 considering how old it is and being opened. Comes with Program Operation Instruction Booklet, 5 sheets of programing instruction for the Radio Station, which was KIVA-FM, Albuquerque, N.M.
