Elvis Presley - Elvis Is Back! - 1984 German vinyl.  It's 1960 and Elvis is back from the army and he records his greatest complete album...  The policy in the day was to not include singles so his hits of 1960 - Stuck On You, Fame And Fortune, Are You Lonesome Tonight, It's Now Or Never could've/should've been on this album... they're not but nevertheless he mixes pop, blues, rock and the sound quality - his first true stereo recording - sounds like it was recorded yesterday.  His version of Such A Night kills Clyde McPhatter's and that ain't easy to do.  I bought this album at a time when i was making mixed tapes so probably have listened to it a handful of times - I've probably owned 5 copies of this album in my life - so this is practically brand new even though nearly 40 years old.
