Description
Original US pressing of the 1961 single SURRENDER / LONELY MAN (RCA 37-7850) - comes with the very cool and sought after picture sleeve and in the more rare Compact 33 format that was very short lived in the RCA catalog. This is the most common one of the handful in the same format RCA put out but it is a nice collectors piece nowadays, even if not as rare as many claim.
Condition is a VG+ at best - sleeve shows sings of age, clear ring wear and discoloration at parts; the vinyl shows fair amount of surface scratches (see photos) even though nothing too deep. Labels show spindle marks but other than that, look excellent. This is a fairly decent "filler copy" until you find that perfect one --- no reserve and a very reasonable starting price, and will come in a protective poly sleeve and the sleeve and record separated.
