Ok, here ya go, this is it, a truly scarce, production error variety that caused this issue to be pressed at approximately 35rpm instead of 45rpm on the 'HE TOUCHED ME' side only. Though the label shows the identification number 'APKS-1277', stamped in the trail off is 'AWKS-1277'.
Websters defines scarce as:
1. insufficient to satisfy the need or demand; not abundant.2. seldom met with; rare: comming or occurring far apart in time; unusual.
This 1972 Elvis Presley RCA Victor #74-0651 orange label 45 is in great condition, very shiny with very, very, very slight scratches or scrapes, and sounds goooood. The label is like new, shiny, with no visible defects (no writing, stickers or other markings) and has no spindle marks. The picture sleeve shows some ring wear from the record, a litte seam wear and no splits. It does have a small tear (about a 1/2") at the top near the RCA Victor logo on the He Touched Me side and no where near Elvis's pretty face. If I were an expert at grading records I would say that the record is NM and picture sleeve would be VG to VG+ but since I'm not and don't pretend to be, I'll let you decide. You don't want to miss this one because my references list the 45 and picture sleeve's value at $270.00 and scarce is right, it's the only one I've got.

This record along with many others that I will be posting have been in storage since 1982. I am selling them for a friend and he said to "sell them" but "don't give them away" hence the low reserve. If they were mine I would never sell them..I just loved Elvis.
