Description
I am putting up for auction many PROMO RECORDS from my vinyl collection that may be of interest to collectors.
As you may know, PROMOTIONAL RECORDS were issued in very limited quantities and only made available to the DJs at the Radio Stations for on-air play. They were not made available to the general public. This makes them VERY sought after due to their rarity and limited quantities.
In this auction is a RARE Elvis Presley PROMO RECORD:
· “ROUSTABOUT” b/w “ONE TRACK HEART” by Elvis Presley
· This is a WHITE LABEL PROMOTIONAL RECORD.
· This is RCA Records SP-45-139.
· It was released in 1964.
· This is the PROMO PRESSING released to promote the “Roustabout” LP per printing on the labels.
· The white promotional labels have “NOT FOR SALE” printed on them.
· The VINYL is in Strong VG CONDITION. There are hairlines/scuffs on both sides. The White Promo Labels show aging and have some spotting on the “Roustabout” label, and there is a tear on the “R” in “VICTOR” on the “One Track Heart” label. (Please check the images.)
Elvis Presley Promo Records are becoming tough to find. Here is your opportunity to add this one by “The King” to your vinyl collection.
FYI, I use Goldmine Grading Standards (G for Good, VG for Very Good, VG+ for Very Good Plus, NM for Near Mint, M for Mint) to VISUALLY GRADE the LPs I auction, so please know the descriptions of these grades before bidding.
