Elvis Costello - This Year's Model - 1st Pressing Inscription + 'Free' Single

I bought this on release, in 1978, and it remains one of Costello's finest, in my opinion.
Unusually, my copy still has most of the original cellophane wrapper on it  - I slit it carefully when I got it home, assuming it would nonetheless tear off eventually, but it never did. 
As with all my LPs, I looked after it religiously - it never got lent to anyone, and I was the only one allowed to put it on the player! It's in truly excellent condition, and has always been kept in a smoke and pet-free home, stored upright, away from sunlight or warmth. The free single is also in excellent condition. 
Please assess condition for yourself from the photos, but don't hesitate to get in touch with any questions (before bidding, please).

The Matrix / Runout etchings on Side A of my copy seems to be a slight variation on those listed below in the notes. Mine says "RAD.3.A-3" at the top, then the following - "SPECIAL PRESSING NO 003        RING 434 3232 ASK FOR MOIRA FOR YOUR PRIZE." Side B has following etchings - "RAD.3.B-3    A PORKY PRIME CUT"

The original LPs contained the following text etched next to the run-off groove on side 1: "Special pressing No. 003 Ring Moira on 434 3232 for your special prize". 
Note sequence of matrix/runout identifiers: the etchings and stampings are not neatly aligned, so order may vary from copy to copy.
