Elvis Christmas Album LOC-1035 Rare + Boxcar Ornament

You are bidding on the Elvis Presley album, Elvis' Christmas Album, RCA LOC-1035. This includes the booklet insert with the photos of Elvis that is attached to the binding. I have provided photos of the front, back, the inside of the jacket, and some of the pages, it's a double-gated fold-out style of jacket.

Considering its age, this album is in very nice condition. It does have some minor wrinkling on the front toward the lower/right and someone has written a name at the top (see photo). The corners and edges have some wear and I can see some dark spotty wear on a couple of the pages inside. There is about a two inch piece of tape on the outside of the binding in the middle, I can't see any damage but of course, it's there for some reason. On the inside the binding looks fine, there is no damage that I can see, it looks pretty good. The record is very nice and shiny with only light scratches but not many, and there are a few spindle marks on each side of the label. I am pretty sure the inner paper sleeve is original, it has faded some.

Because I'm such a great guy, I am also including here as a bonus, a 30 year old Elvis Christmas ornament! This is from Boxcar Enterprises, 1977, manufactured by Rauch, Gastonia, N.C. It has a photo of elvis singing with the words "Elvis Presley 1935-1977" on one side and another photo of Elvis singing with the microphone in his hand and pointing toward the crowd, on the other side. This is a good sized ornament meauring about 3 1/2 inches in diameter, it's in very good condtion, this is a very nice collectable. I did enlarge the photos so you can see detail and although you may see what appear to be flaws, light spots, or scratches, it is neither. I believe this is from the photo being so close, parts of this piece are almost transparent and the light shines through, on the close-up photo it makes it look like there are light spots. This ornament is in good condtion and has no scratchs, wear spots, or breaks, nothing like that.

Bidding on this auction will set you up for Christmas if you're a true Elvis fan!

This is one of several hundred collectible records I’m selling from a private collection. Please see my other auctions for similar items. This is an estate item so I have no personal knowledge about when it was purchased or any other detailed information. I am not an expert regarding 45RPM or LP records, and I will not attempt to play these records so I am describing it as best I can.  If I find scuffs and/or scratches on a record I'll say so, I'll use plain English to describe everything. Feel free to contact me with more questions. I can’t absolutely guarantee that it won’t have a scratch or skip because I am not playing these records. I will describe the sleeves the same way, by just being perfectly honest. We are selling hundreds of albums so I'm not cleaning these records, you should expect to clean it when it arrives.

For payment I accept PayPal, bank checks, money orders, or personal checks. Item will be shipped when payment clears. Payment must be provided within 5 days of end of auction and if you do not use PayPal please contact me within 24 hours of end of auction so I’ll be aware of payment method you have chosen. If you are unwilling or unable to send payment within 5 days of end of the auction, DO NOT BID.

Shipping is via U.S. Postal Service, Media Mail in the U.S. and the cost for shipping, packaging, and handling is $4.00. For multiple items won in the U.S. I will ship up to 3 LPs for the same price then add $1 for each additional album in the U.S. If you would like Priority Mail for shipping within the U.S. the cost is $5.65 and you'll need to let me know when you pay by dropping me an email via Ebay.

For international bidders, the cost to ship this item is $14.00. For combined shipments I must use International Priority Mail when the weight exceeds 4 pounds. The rates are as follows: 2 albums...$17.00. 3 albums...$24.00. 4 albums...$30.00. 5 albums...$36.00. 6 albums...$40.00. 7 albums...$42.00. 8 albums...$46.00.  9 albums...$49.20. 10 albums...$52.50. If you win or plan to bid on more than 10 albums or 10 pounds, ask me and I'll quote shipping costs. I consider the international shipping costs to be outrageous but we're stuck with these rates. If I can find a less expensive way to ship these I will pass it on. So far, this is the best I can do.

No insurance is available for LPs sent to countries outside the U.S. For U.S shipments, insurance is $1.35 up to $50; $2.30 from $50.01 to $100; $3.35 from $100.01 to $200; $4.40 from $200.01 to $300; $5.45 from $300.01 up to $400, and $6.50 from $400.01 up to $500.

If you are unhappy with the merchandise for a legitimate reason I will be happy to accept a return. You must notify me and send it back within 7 days of receiving item. Once I receive the product in the same condition as it was sent to you, I will refund your cost of the product plus shipping. I will make every attempt to be fair and I ask and expect you to do the same.

I received a question about this item so I wanted to make it clear; the ornament has no relation to the record, I am just throwing it in. I am sure it did not come with this record. Also, I didn't take pictures of ALL the pages in the enclosed booklet, as I say in the auction, the photos are of SOME of the pages. I am sure all the pages are included in the booklet, I just took SOME photos of SOME of the pages so you could see them, all pages are in good condition except one or two do have some black wear spotting in them, it's noticeable but not real bad.

The spine is fine, it is all legible with some wear but you can read everything fine.
