If you're looking at this, then you know what it is. These records were recorded low, so you have to turn your volume up higher than usual, so you're going to pick up more surface noise. I am the original owner. The record was always cleaned with the Discwasher 4 cleaning system before each play. It was only played on a high end turntable with a magnetic cartridge tracking at 1.25 grams. This record is in the same condition it was when I bought it back in 1974. Because of what it is, you will hear pops, ticks & surface noise that was there when I got it new. It's in a plain cardboard cover, with an insert taped to the front telling you what the LP is & the track listing. Cover is split most of the way across the top & half way across the bottom. Even though this is a DOUBLE LP record, the cover IS NOT a gate fold. It's a standard cover you would see for a single record.
