SIZE/MEASUREMENTS:
Measuring the jacket, it is 10-3/8" x 10-1/4" x 1/8" at its largest areas. Vinyl Record is 10 inches (not the standard 12 inches).

Good Condition.

The LP has some light scuffs and scratches on both sides. We enhanced photos so that you can see the scratches better. Check out photos 4 & 5. It doesn't look like that in person so you are seeing more in the photo. That doesn't mean that they aren't there, but it should play fine.
It will probably have some pop-sounds in a few places.
Jacket looks decent, but has storage wear. Bottom & top has tears on the end (at the crease) where the LP slides in. Both crease-tears are about 3.5 inches long.
Inlay (inner sleeve) looks very aged and has tears at the seams. You can see the inlay in photos 6 through 9. You will probably want to get another inlay for it or tape this one up.
