It was the news all vinyl-obsessed elbow fans had been waiting for. On 29th November 2012 the band finally released their definitive albums box set.'
The career-spanning collection brought together all elbow's albums on double disc heavyweight vinyl for the very first time. The package included "Live at Abbey Road" which previously hadn't been available on vinyl and an "Elbow USB stick" containing all the music from the box set.
The full set was issued as a limited edition pressing of just 2,000 copies World Wide. The first 250 ordered from the "Elbow store" received a limited edition numbered art print.
A fitting tribute to one of the most distinct careers in music, this stunning collection brings together all the band's albums on double disc heavyweight vinyl for the very first time.
As well as fully reissued artwork and all new lyric inscriptions in the run-out grooves, the box set also gives fans their first chance to own the 'Live At Abbey Road' album on vinyl and adds the track 'Asleep In the Back' to the vinyl version of their debut album for the very first time.
