Priority mail (with its Zone format) ranging from $4.80 to $11.50 depending on location and actual weight

Media Mail at the eBay mandated $4.00 per cylinder. (See “Combined Wins Rates” below - 50 cents for each add’l cylinder.)
I've sold on ebay for almost 3 years and I've resisted until now. But I recently lost my source of free packing material so economics force a slight change. I need to charge a $1 "packing fee" above and beyond the actual USPS charges (included in the above quotes).
You're welcome to combine "wins" or even leave them "on hold" for a few weeks to see what else I offer. The first cylinder will mail for $4.00; add 50 cents for each additional cylinder
If your combined "wins" total $15 or more, there will be no "packing fee" added.
