Australian only EP getting very hard to find now days

The vinyl looks factory fresh. It is completely clean with no marks. It plays great loud and clean with no background noise.
Sleeve: VG+
The front cover has miner ring wear and a few other scuff marks. the back cover also has ring wear and shelf wear.
