RECORD : Mint - (one small and light mark long 2,5cm on side b on the first  track but it's indifferent for the quality of sound,

the play is perfect,the label is superclean and look perfect,beautiful.  

 

Original Italian pressing on the RIFI Label from 1974. Wow!... Ultra obscure and very exclusive Lp from the koolest lookin' cats you ever did see! These guys are bustin' an afro-centric cum old skool Hip Hop / El Barrio look so just imagine what their music could be like! Clued up Euro and Afro funk collectors seek this Lp for the bomb track BAWAGBE, a very tuff, hypnotic afro-funk groove with ruff basslines, upfront, smacking congas, afro horns, some very funky breaks, afro chants and a wicked percussion breakdown of rattling cowbells (coke bottles even?!?) that takes the groove to the fade! This track is hot, one of the freshest afro-funk toons to come out of Europe and sounds totally amazing in a club so Djs take note! Beatheadz and sample-people need to investigate the open-drum break intro to DON'T STEP ON MY SHOES too! A super-crisp and funky riddim that most of you out there will have  never heard! This Lp is now confirmed gold-dust and in the Italo funk 'Holy Grail' premiere league! Even the Lp artwork warrants the starting price as it could be the blueprint for a killer 'club' flyer!
