About This Record.  This is another cool LP from my Psych/garage collection.  This is the very very first original "Big Bear" credit UK Vertigo Records copy of Black Sabbath's second LP entitled "Paranoid" from 1970 featuring Iron Man, Paranoid and War Pigs! Compelte with original UK polylined Vertigo records swirl inner sleeve.  The inside of the Gatefold shows the Big Bear credit (see third photo) which was deleted from all subsequent pressings, even those with early matrix numbers.  Just a hundred or so of these around I believe.  And of course Ozzy is in outstanding form and the vinyl quality is superb.  Very first unlaminated cover and vinyl pressing with Matrix:

I offer full refund including shipping both ways (for USA and foreign buyers in case for some wildly strange reason you might be unhappy with this purchase.  Comes hand-cleaned on my VPI 16.5 Record Cleaning machine (hate those automated 17's) and placed in a new dust-free sleeve for your grandchildren.  And at least one plastic sleeves for moisture protection (for you and me).

Cover Condition: Excellent Minus (EX-) NICE Gatefold Cover with Totally Solid seams and spine.  Just light corner rubs on bottom, and light shelf wear on spine and seams, Keeper Copy!  The inside of the gatefold is clean including the rare "Big Bear" Credit (see third photo).  Please See all the Photos I took.  I didn't take them for fun and frolic.

Vinyl Condition: Very Good Plus (VG+) condition. The vinyl plays more or less Excellent (EX) for the most part but a couple of small scuffs make some background noise in War Pigs for a few seconds, and one or two other songs have some background noise for a short period in quiet passages (common to the pressing).  Obvious but light paper marks and a few light scuffs.

Labels. Excellent (EX) labels with light spindle marks.  See Photo.  Please see photos of all labels)

Inserts: Comes with original UK denominated Vertigo Records swirl poly-lined paper inner sleeve with just a few small tears, but no worries, this also comes cleaned on my VPI record cleaning machine and in a new rice paper-like innersleeve so the old Dust does not reattach!  Oh My Gosh!

Packaging.  I clean all vinyl on my V.P.I. Record Cleaning Machine and place it in a new innersleeve so the old dust does not reattach; but I also include the innersleeve that came with the LP if it is the original.  I separate the vinyl in its new sleeve after cleaning from the cover, and place the cover and the separately packed vinyl in at least one if not two plastic innersleeves that help protect against moisture damage during this cool records transition to your record collection.  I use sturdy carboard containers with real corners and pack with at least one insert stiffener, and I place neon stickers on the front and back of the package indicating “Do Not Bend” and/or “Fragile” or something like that to help facilitate a safe passage.
