I have reached retirement age and it's time to sell some of the records. 
Barbara McNair's first Motown album presented here  on the rare Canadian Tamla Motown label.
As featured on page 213 in the book Tamla Motown Worldwide Original LP Releases.

The vinyl is EX+, so close to Near Mint
The sleeve is Near Mint
Complete with the correct Phonodisc inner sleeve.
A near perfect example of a fine album in almost it's rarest form.
All LP's are sent in 12" mailers reinforced with extra card. All records are taken out of their sleeves to ensure no seam splits in transit.
