Description
About This Record. This is a really cool and totally ESSENTIAL Frank Zappa LP entitled Frank Zappa and Hot Rats at the Olympic on RED vinyl TMOQ complete with super rare insert ithat is impossible to copy because it is red with black print (guaranteed original!), and original gold TMOQ Pig label. This is from the early 1970's. It doesn't turn up very often. Awesome keeper red vinyl. I believe this is only Frank Zappa and Guitar, No Mothers of Invention. Yet, it is one of the best guitar slabs of vinyl that ever was, or ever will be! The sonic audio quality is outstanding as these things go. The cover is EX with ring wear and light corner wear, and slight soiling (see detailed description below, please) but solid otherwise. Nice TMOQ sticker, and insert is Near Mint. See details and pictures below!
PLEASE see all my additional photos and details regarding condition of the cover and vinyl below. The photos list the songs and any possible details about the labels.
PLEASE Read my Feedback which says alot. I offer full refund including shipping both ways (for USA buyers) in case for some wildly strange reason you might be unhappy with this purchase. Comes cleaned on my VPI Record Cleaning machine and placed in a new dust-free sleeve.
Please note that I work for eBay and this link is to the Code I have to abide by as an eBay employee: http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/everyone-employee.html I have no clue who works in the Collectibles Division and am not involved in any policy or other decisions that go on; I just happen to like vinyl and happen to work at eBay
Cover Condition: EX. Light ring wear on front HEAVY stock purple cardboard cover; very light corner wear, NICE cover as these things go. The Gold TMOQ label is in super nice shape, no writing or tears, and nobody has picked at it. Some light creases and wear (see photos please)
Vinyl Condition: EX+ Red vinyl . Vinyl plays exceptionally strong with some light visual marks, especially one stylus mark on Side two that covers about 1/3 of the LP but that is very light and that I cannot hear on my high grade system. But when you hold up the awesome RED Vinyl to light, there are some apparent stylusmarks. I played this and it plays Near Mint as these things go, but because of the visual marks I grade EX+. All vintage vinyl noises are of course from the factory, and not Wright 1957!
Inserts: Comes with B original very brown-aged innersleeves, but also comes cleaned on my VPI in a new innersleeve.
Labels: Near Mint on both LPs See Photos please.
Packaging. I clean all vinyl on my V.P.I. Record Cleaning Machine and place it in a new innersleeve so the old dust does not reattach; but I also include the innersleeve that came with the LP if it is the original. I separate the vinyl in its new sleeve after cleaning from the cover, and place the cover and the separately packed vinyl in at least one if not two plastic innersleeves that help protect against moisture damage during this cool records transition to your record collection. I use sturdy carboard containers with real corners and pack with at least one insert stiffener, and I place neon stickers on the front and back of the package indicating “Do Not Bend” and “Fragile” to help facilitate a safe passage.
About Me. I have been a Record Collector for Decades. I bought this many years ago during my travels and have kept it well-preserved in plastic sleeves and vinyl separated outside the cover.
Shipping and Payment. PayPal only. I ship promptly worldwide; sometimes the automatic eBay invoice does not have accurate shipping if you buy more than one LP, so if you are unsure email me and ask for an invoice. . . . I will ship by any method you want. But if you do not pay for protecting your purchase by requesting insurance, or expensive International Priority Mail, then please understand the record will be shipped at your own risk and not mine. I offer full refund on this record including shipping both ways, unless you live outside North America in which case I will refund you shipping one way unless I made a mistake which I sometimes do because I am only human.. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS: Please add sales tax!
