EXCLUSIVE BONUS WITH BEATLES RARE 45: "AIN'T SHE SWEET" IN ORIGINAL ATCO SLEEVE!
In 1963, Atlantic Records rejected those four lads from Liverpool. The following year, they tried to grab a share of Beatlemania by releasing two singles of songs recorded in Hamburg, Germany in 1961.
One of these featured "Ain't She Sweet," with John Lennon on lead vocal. Elvis-wannabe Tony Sheridan sang "Nobody's Child" on the flip side, backed by "The Beat Brothers": Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Stu Sutcliffe on bass and Pete Best on drums.
