The Beatles Revolver LP was the 7th album released by the fab four on the 5th of August 1966. It reached number 1 for 7 weeks and stayed in the charts for 34 weeks.

INCREDIBLE both visually and audibly!

There are only a few insignificant, light marks to the vinyl. After cleaning her and then listening to her, all the way through, I notice a superbly clean and clear audio output with dynamic highs and bassy lows.

The tracks have a GORGEOUS, DEEP AND RICH SOUND RE-PRODUCTION....WHAT AN ALBUM!!

I did not notice any significant background noise anywhere...Even the run-ins and outs were as silent as you could hope for. With the transitions between tracks being equally quiet.

***NOW, HERE'S THE UNUSUAL BIT.....both labels have the 'Gothic' typeface, rather than the blocked typeface..BUT THAT ISN'T THE UNUSUAL PART....The track listing follows on from the end of each credit, rather than listing from the left to right normal way-Have a look at the copy you've got and see the difference-This is more of a wrap around listing to the label...VERY RARELY SEEN...

Taxman and Eleanor Rigby on the same first line.

I HAVE NOT SEEN BETTER IN A VERY, VERY LONG TIME-THIS APPEARS TO HAVE POPPED OUT OF A TIME MACHINE

A FANTASTIC cover from the good old days.

Small MONO to the top right.

Wonderfully clean and legible spine, which even has the original pinches to the top and bottom.

NO significant rubbing to the corners.

I can see just 3 small crescents of spidering to the front laminate, near the opening. With a few small fingers of spidering emanating from the spine and seams...INCREDIBLE.

*AN UPGRADE HERE*

Even the black paper backing DOES NOT show any signs of ring wear...Now that is impressive!

It has the text to the bottom right corner to the back flipback:

It is the ORIGINAL die-cut inner with the “PATENTS APPLIED FOR” statement to one side....Many people believe this album only came with Emitex inners, but these 2/3 pressings actually came with these plain white PATENTS APPLIED FOR inners from the factory, back in the day.
