Description
Gene Estribou/Jean-Paul Pickens: "Intensifications" 1965, USA/MEA-Scorpio Records CL-1. Disc has some light surface scuffs, plays very close to M- but it gets a VG+ grade to be strict. Cover is yellowing around the perimeter from age, a small stain on the back side, light overall wear, still VG+. RARE private instrumental LP features one side by Pickens who was later with Serpent Power, and one side by guitarist Estribou who recorded the Grateful Dead session that spawned their debut 45. Archivists might want to note that there are two cover variations for this LP: this one has a Scorpio logo on the cover, as opposed to the MEA logo. All the known discs bear the MEA logo.

I ship all records in strong cardboard mailers with cardboard flats added to increase stability. The discs are always removed from the jackets to prevent seam splits, and all albums are dressed in plastic sleeves for travel. Please be aware that these supplies are expensive to purchase and represent a small portion of my shipping charges. I pack/ship one day per week, usually it is Friday.
SHIPPING RATES:
USA: I can send this LP to you by Media Mail for $4.00, or by Priority Mail, which will be calculated after the auction using your zip code. Most of my customers prefer Media Mail because it is very cheap. Please keep in mind that it's cheap because it is SLOW. I have had Media Mail boxes take a month to travel 30 miles and in excess of two months to travel cross-country.
CANADA: If you are in Canada, I can send this LP to you by 1st Class Airmail for $8.00.
MEXICO: If you are in Mexico, I can send this LP to you by 1st Class Airmail for $12.00.
EVERYWHERE ELSE: If you are not in the USA, Canada, or Mexico, I can send this LP to you by 1st Class Airmail for $16.50.
