Esplendor Geometrico : Necrosis En La Poya + 2 (Tic Tac recs 1981)

Esplendor Geometrico is a Spanish industrial band. The band was formed in the early 1980s by Arturo Lanz, Gabriel Riaza, and Juan Carlos Sastre, who had all been members of El Aviador Dro Y Sus Obreros Especializados. They took the name Esplen dor Geometrico from a futurist poem. In 1981 they released their first single, "Necrosis en la Poya", in the Tic Tac label, followed by their debut LP, Héroe del Trabajo / El Acero del Partido in 1982. In 1985 the band formed their own label, Esplendor Gemetrico Discos, and released their second LP, Comisario de la Luz / Blanco de Fuerza.

For those of you not familiar with this Spanish formation they were , and more or less still are , one of the very best industrial acts ever . This first single is quite rythmic but in a very harsh way , where the influences of their previous band ( Aviador Dro - the Spanish answer to Kraftwerk ) can still be heard , but with a completely uncompromising approach. The record is in perfect condition , both cover and vinyl.

In other words this auction is for a 100 % original first press in NM/NM condition

This is the holy grail of Industrial Spain and you can easily say that this one is Spain’s SPK
