ESPERS: III

Their remarkable acid/folk albums has left an imprint on many and can easily compare to the best folk/psych albums from the 60’s and 70’s. All four albums are full of gorgeous music, with II having a more darkly and  experimental acid sound and III being maybe more approachable going towards a pastoral, traditionally Brit-folk sound.

Beautiful male and female vocals, psychedelic guitars, cellos, flute, dulcimer, chimes are all creating dark wispy, atmospheric soundscapes. Highly recommened

This is their fourth album, US original pressing on Drag City and included is a rare huge promo poster, which where only distributed to a few record stores. Poster is in top condition - see pictures

GRADING

There is nothing more irritating than buying an LP which is overgraded (about half of the LPs I have bought via Ebay has been overgraded.) so I try to grade as accurate as possible both visual and (mostly) audible and describe any flaws on the record. I grade under a 100W light bulb or sunlight. For playgrading I use my Gyro Deck turntable fitted with a Benz Micro MC pick up. If there is any dissatisfaction with any LP there is off course a moneyback warranty.

M-: Perfect copy, the copy that looks like it was bought yesterday and only have been played a few times.

EX: This has been played but still a very satisfying copy that would please most collectors. No scratches or coverwear, LP plays without any problem, as good as perfect in fact many dealers M- is what I would call EX       

VG++: This copy has been played and cover has some wear but still a very good copy that should satisfy most people except the MINT puritans

VG+: This is a played copy, plays with some clicks and background noise. But still the music should be the central part. Cover has ring wear but still not a torn cover or anything.

VG: This is a more used copy with some scratches and clicks, no stops or skips though, cover has heavy wear.
