12" LP on black wax limited to 1000 copies, first 666 copies came with a poster and hand numbered sticker.
This is number 520/666, but it includes no poster.

MINT CONDITION!! Has always been handled with care and stored in plastic sleeve since I bought it when it got released back in the day.
