Description

This is a real rarity. This demo pressed by Decca Records on behalf of RCA Victor was put out in 1958 and was sent to disc jockeys to promote this release, which was Elvis' first record to go straight to number one in the charts. Only around 100 copies pressed. The record is in very good condition considering it is nearly 50 years old - some surface marks, but overall sound is very tight and good - some surface crackling toward end, but will not spoil enjoyment of owning this item. The DJ has written running time & small initials on label. This is a real collectors item and a piece of music history.
