These numbers confirm this is a very early first press.

I have played this single and it plays okay with crackles. The labels have remains of a sellotape mark on both sides (see pics). Overall vinyl and labels in good condition. The sleeve is intact with signs of ageing. One side of the sleeve has sellotape on (see pics). Therefore I would grade as good condition.
