Description

ELVIS PRESLEY "That's The Way It Is" RIGID VINYL / 1970 / RARE!
This is the ULTRA-RARE original first pressing of That's The Way It Is" from 1970. The reason for it's rarity is due to it being pressed on RIGID VINYL which had a very short run. Second pressings (which are much more common) were pressed on flexible vinyl. The COVER is MINT and still in the shrink with a beautiful store sticker attached. The RECORD is VG+ or better with a few light blemishes on both sides that does not effect the play. Please CHECK the photos for condition. A decent copy of a really rare record.

We mostly deal in mint to near mint condition Elvis Presley vinyl, CDs, and memorabilia. The only exception would be for rarer, hard to find items AS IS THE CASE HERE. All flaws, if any, are noted in the descrition, so please read carefully as not to miss anything. 


We pack items in cardboard LP shipping boxes with additional padding. All open LPs are shipped with the record removed from the cover to avoid splitting during shipping. We automatically ship everything by USPS Media Mail (unless requested otherwise).
