An original and mega rare SOUTH AFRICAN E.P. BLUE HAWAII. I have not seen a South African label number starting with EPA before.
The FLIPBACK sleeve is VG++/VG+, comes with a number of pen marks and a retail sticker on the back, the record is VG++.
Both record labels are clean.
