I have been an Elvis fan and collector all my life. The time has come to let my last few really special items go to someone else who will appreciate them like I have done.

For Sale - Rock 'n' Roll No. 2 - Elvis Presley - HMV CLP 1105 - 1957


 I am reluctant to grade an album as near mint or excellent as it is very subjective. However you will go a long way to find a copy of this album with better sound quality, there is virtually no hiss or crackle from the run ins/outs and the music sound is fabulous. The labels are great and the cover is also in really good condition with no tears or blemishes, just some tiny nibbles at the corners and a bit of laminate lift but no loss (see pics). I had a few copies of this album before I settled on this one and you would struggle to find a better copy.


PLEASE READ - I want all my buyers to be happy so, in the interest of complete honesty.....

VINYL - Side 2 has some slight blemish marks on tracks 1 & 2 (see pic 9). These can be heard on Track 2, Old Shep, they may clean off, leave that to you. The rest of the sound quality on Sides 1 & 2 is as good as I have heard from any album from the 50's.

COVER - The cover has a great overall appearance but there is slight nibbling at the corners and some laminate lift on front lower right. (see last 6 pics)


This is still a great copy of this album and the starting price reflects it's rarity in this condition.
