Items that are listed as acceptable condition may have signficant wear, cover damage, light or heavy staining, highlighting, writing, or other heavy signs of wear. Items that are listed as good condition may have signficant wear, some cover tears, light staining, highlighting, writing, or other signficant signs of wear. Items that are listed as very good condition are items that have been used, but are in overall good condition. These items may contain some wear, some signs of use, minor highlighting or writing, or some minor cover damage. Items listed in like new condition have minor signs of wear, use, but may show signs of shelf wear. Please note, I will attempt to describe each item to the best of my ability, however, things sometime get overlooked. Some items that are in inventory for long periods of time, may have some dust staining. I evaluate every item that sells before it is packaged. In the event that an item is listed in worse condition than the above conditions mentioned, I will contact the seller before sending the item out. Please note, I may overlook the fact that some books should have a CD with them. I make every attempt to ensure that I look for this type of issue. If you know that an item should contain a CD or product key, please contact me before purchasing if it is not listed in the description. If you have any questions, I am dedicated to your customer satisfication, and I will respond to any message within twenty four hours.
Terms of Sale
When listing an item, I will describe the item as accurately as I possible can. Please understand that I am not an expert, so please do not expect me to know everything about the item that I am selling. I will take pictures of the item to show the item that is for sale. It is your responsibility as the buyer to ensure that you understand what you are purchasing. If you have any questions that is not listed in the description, please contact me before purchasing. Viny's and CD's are not tested prior to shipping. In the event that one of these items does not work, please contact me. I only ship items that look like they are in usuable condition, so this shouldn't be an issue. I will accept most returns within fourteen days of the purchase date. If there is something wrong with the item, please contact me as soon as possible so that I can address the issue. Please contact me before leaving any negative feedback. I am committed to providing excellent customer service. If there is an issue that is my fault, I will correct the issue or offer you a quick refund.
Shipping Information
All Items are typically packaged and shipped within twenty four hours of purchase. I will send the item at the lowest possible cost unless otherwise requested by the buyer. I do this so I can offer you the lowest possible prices for the items that I sell. Items over 150.00 will require a signature upon delivery. Any item shipped over one hundred dollars will have insurance purchased. The buyer is responsible for purchasing postage in the event that an item needs to be returned.
