ELVIS PRESLEY  "MYSTERY TRAIN/I FORGOT TO REMEMBER"  SUN LABEL 223l 78 RPM  CONDITION: VG
Record rated as VG due to not wanting to overstate the condition of the record.  Record has been played, does have surface scratches, show some wear.  The sheen is in good shape.  I have no way to play the record so I don't know how it will sound.  Record has been in the family for over 35 years (have photo documentation.)  It was never played, always stored in the sleeve pictured in a wood cabinet in the basement.  

I have many more photos to email if need be.  Will try to answer any questions to the best of my abilities.

Item will be shipped:  Out of sleeve, wrapped in paper, sandwiched in 1/2 plywood, sandwiched in Styrofoam, packed tightly in a box.   Will have photos for documentation.

I will ship with insurance to the value of the winning bid.  Item will be shipped Fed Ex WITH A SIGNATURE REQUIRED.  Free shipping on Fed Ex Ground.  If you want it shipped faster, winning bid can pay the difference. Tracking # will be uploaded.

Payment is also required via Paypal within 3 days of winning the auction.  Item will be shipped 1-2 business days with receipt of payment.

 NOTE: Items we auction are coming from a smoke-free home. However, we purchase items from estate auctions and other outside sources, so we have no information on the previous environment from which the items came. 

Payment 

·         We appreciate payment within 72 hours (or 3 days) of auction ending.  Only PayPal will be accepted! 

·         Non-Payment:  After 4 days of non-contact and/or non-payment from a buyer, we reserve the right to resolve this situation by opening a case with Ebay for non-payment. 

·         Upon prompt payment, we will IMMEDIATELY leave positive feedback.  In return, we request a buyer to leave positive feedback for us when the item(s) arrives.  If, for some reason, there is an issue with the item upon arrival, please contact us ASAP to address said issue. 
  

Shipping  

·         Typically, we ship within 1-2 business days after payment is received. 

·         Most of the time, our preferred carrier is USPS.  However, some items may require shipment in over-sized boxes.  In this case, we will utilize the shipping calculator to determine the fairest and most accurate shipping costs.  

·         Your shipment will have a tracking #. 

·         To save on shipping costs, we sometimes re-cycle/re-purpose boxes and packing material. We generally wrap your item in packing paper or bubble wrap, then use newspaper to pack the rest of the box.  If this is a problem, please contact use PRIOR to shipping to receive a cost on handling. 

·         All US orders will ship USPS, Fed Ex, or the most economical service available. 

·         We will gladly combine items for shipping.  We can hold items up to 7 days to combine shipping (as long as we have received payment).  If need be, we will credit your PayPal account for any shipping difference. 

·         Most International orders will only ship Priority! 

Terms of Sale 

·         ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD “AS IS,” with no warranty expressed or implied.  

·         ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  Please ask questions before bidding. 

·         WE ALLOW RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS AFTER THE END OF THE AUCTION.  HOWEVER, THE BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING CHARGES AS WELL AS A 20% RE-STOCKING FEE.
