We always try to ship within two business days, same day if possible!
Use the shipping calculator
We use Canada Post for shipping. Usually Expedited Parcel for Canadian Destinations as insurance is included.
We use Small Packet Air or Expedited Parcel for US destinations as both offer insurance and Expedited also offers tracking.
If we need to use other shipping services as some small items can be sent letter post, a flat rate charge will be listed in the auction description.
INSURANCE: most services give you up to $100 protection
if you bid an item to over $100 WE WILL COVER THE EXTRA INSURANCE FOR YOU.
PACKING: Or goal is to recycle as much as we can to keep costs down but the odd time extra materials must be purchased to keep items well protected.
65 cents is the maximum cost and is always reflected in the shipping calculator so there are no surprises.
In the event the shipping calculator is wrong and you are grossly overcharged all excess shipping charges will be refunded. If the shipping calculator does not charge enough… well you just got a better deal!

International Shipping

Most items are available for international shipping.
We use Small Packet Air if possible for International shipping.
International can get expensive for heavier items as they require an expedited service. Both include insurance.
We do not ship using surface mail.
