ELVIS PRESLEY – FOR LP FANS ONLY (LPM-1990) EARLIER PRESSING
RECORD: VG++ (EXC) and just a whisper away from Near Mint! There are some extremely light paper sleeve scuffs noticed on Side 1 that have no affect on the audible performance. Outstanding original monaural sound on this Hollywood pressing! The glossy surfaces are breathtaking and the labels are equally as gorgeous with not a single spindle mark to be found! This album was originally released in March of 1959 with “Camden, N.J.” in the fine print along the lower portion of the labels. Starting around October of 1959, this tiny detail was deleted for the remainder of the “Dog On Top” RCA Victor releases. Therefore, this particular record was pressed sometime from the latter part of 1959 through 1963. The matrix numbers end with 4S/2S, respectively.
COVER: VG++ (EXC) with no seam splits, tape, writing or staple holes. A super clean, fully original cover! There is just some lower edge wear as well as some wear at the corner tips along with very light surface scuffing from contact with other albums.
