Description

Offered today is what many collector's consider Elvis' rarest E.P.  It was different in many respects, predominantly in that it was 3, rather than 2 discs in a cardboard tri-fold jacket.  It was also never sold in stores as it was a promotional item given to those RCA dealer customers who purchased a Hi-End Victrola.  Following is a 100% accurate description:

The Records-CONDITION

Side 1) surface marks that do not affect play with no skips noted.     Side 2) surface marks that do not affect play, except for 1 skip noted on "One Sided Love Affair".     Side 3) surface marks that do not affect play with no skips noted.     Side 4) surface marks that do not affect play with no skips noted.     Side 5) surface marks that do not affect play, except for 1 skip noted on "I Want You, I Need You, I Love You" at the end of the song.     Side 6) surface marks that do not affect play, except for  multiple skips noted on the first 1/3 of "Hound Dog".

The Jacket-CONDITION

Front) Shows some wear, slight tear on center top approx. 1-inch.  Front inside top has split measuring 3 1/4-inches on top and 4-inces on bottom (see Jacket Pictures).     Opened 1st tri-fold cover) Left side clean.  Right side has some surface wear, mostly in upper right corner.     2nd Tri-Fold-(center)) Very slight surface markings.     Back Cover) Light surface wear around perimeter.     Spines)  1) Top - 2 very small 1/4-inch splits on 2nd & 3rd fold.  2) Bottom spine-No splits except for the one mentioned in "front" description. 3) Main spine left generally shows light wear (Title, SPD-23 and RCA logos look good) and moderate split approx. 2 1/4-inces long in the center of the spine.

Overall, I consider the record to be Good/Good-.  Still very playable and a very good investment.  Bidding starts at a very reasonable $425.00.  Will be packaged extra securely in Heavy Duty bubble wrap with corners of jacket double covered.
