ELVIS PRESLEY – ELVIS PRESLEY (LSP-1254) A RIGID VINYL, ORANGE LABEL REISSUE FROM 1969

RECORD: VG+ on the upper end of the grade with very clean, glossy surfaces! Upon test-play, the record played beautifully, with crisp, clear high fidelity! There were only a few noticeable “ticks” heard on “I’ll Never Let You Go”. There are just some very light hairline scuffs, mostly caused by contact with the inner sleeve, on both sides of this Hollywood pressing. The Orange, Deep Groove labels are beautiful, with just a couple very light spindle marks on the Side 1 label. This album, Elvis’ very first, was released by RCA Victor in March of 1956, includes the hit single, “Blue Suede Shoes / Tutti Frutti”. In fact ALL tracks were released on 45 RPM, which is unique for any Elvis album!

COVER: VG++ (EXC) with absolutely no seam splits, tape, writing or staple holes. However, there is some light ring wear present, mainly on the front. The spine as well as the upper and lower edges are fully legible and solid. The original “ELVIS’ Great LP Catalog” (40D) inner sleeve is included.
