Description

ELVIS PRESLEY ELVIS PRESLEY (LPM-1254) BEAUTIFUL FIRST PRESSING with LIGHT PINK ELVIS” and NO SEAM SPLITS!

RECORD: VG+ (Solid!) with clean glossy surfaces! This is the album that started it all; Elvis’ debut album, released in March of 1956! There are several very light scuffs which do not result in any skips or repeats! This Rockaway pressing played great from start to finish with only some sporadic light “ticks” along the way. The labels are simply gorgeous with just some light spindle marks noticed on both sides. The matrix numbers end with 12S/9S.

COVER: VG++ (EXC) with no seam splits, tape, writing or staple holes! Truly RARE this nice! As mentioned, the edges and spine are solid. The spine remains fully legible and the ring wear is seen primarily on the back side, though it is not offensive to the eye. Some light scuffs and scratches can be seen under scrutiny. All colors are bold and clean. This is the scarce Light Pink “ELVIS” cover variety and believed to be the earliest variety produced by RCA Victor. The original glassine (or “onion skin”) inner sleeve is included.

GOOD LUCK!

All of the records in my listings are U.S. pressings unless otherwise stated. Payment is expected within 5 (Five) days from close of auction via PAY PAL ONLY – NO EXCEPTIONS, PLEASE. I normally ship within 3 (Three) business days from close of auction, but please allow a little extra time in the event of a holiday.

Returns are accepted if you are not completely satisfied with your item. I stand behind everything sold here on eBay! I strongly believe that my grading of records is spot-on, but we’re all human and something may occasionally be missed upon inspection. I will do my best to ensure customer satisfaction.

All records are shipped in the correct cardboard folding mailers with the record separated from the cover, then inserted together within a clear polyvinyl sleeve, then sandwiched between two sheets of cardboard filler pads within the mailer to ensure optimum protection.

2024 marks 47 years of experience for me in this wonderful hobby. I specialize in Elvis Presley because he is "The King".
