ELVIS PRESLEY – ELVIS IS BACK! (LPM-2231) FIRST PRESSING!

RECORD: VG++ (EXC) exhibiting much gloss and only a small amount of light scuffs. This Rockaway pressing has been fully test-played and sounded beautiful! The matrix numbers end with 8S/4S, respectively.

COVER: VG++ (EXC) and remarkably, without any seam splits! Some edge and corner wear is present, however, as well as some very minor surface scuffing from contact with other albums. The Yellow Sticker on the front is the earliest variety, showing “The Girl Next Door”, which is exactly how the record’s label shows the song title. There is no tape, writing or staple holes anywhere on this cover. It was noticed during the photography of this cover that it would appear that the inside slick within the gatefold (depicting the black & white Army photos) was affixed upside down. The original “RCA Victor” inner sleeve is included. “Elvis’ Gold Records, Vol. 2” is depicted along with several other albums available at the time.
