NOTES: Cover is excellent but for one slightly dinged corner on lower left. Other than that minor issue, there are no tears, marks or other imperfections. The colors are strong and vibrant. The record is still in it's original plastic bag from Music City records in Hollywood [see last pic]. It could have been purchased yesterday, but it was bought 52 years ago!

The disc is in perfect condition and plays accordingly. Both labels are clean and shiny.

It would be tough to find this EP in better shape!
