RARE ELVIS PRESLEY 2 45'S SET RCA VICTOR EPB- 1254

(BLUE SUEDE SHOES-I'M COUNTING ON YOU-I GOT A WOMAN-ONE SIDED LOVE AFFAIR-TUTTI FRUTTI-TRYIN' TO GET YOU-I'M GONNA SIT RIGHT DOWN AND CRY-I'LL NEVER LET YOU GO)

 

Up for bid is a RARE RCA VICTOR Black Label 2 record, gatefold set of EP 45 rpm's. This is RCA VICTOR epb-1254 ELVIS PRESLEY. The front has the titles at top in black print on white stock, with the RCA VICTOR logo and number in the upper right corner in green and pink. A great b/w Photo of Elvis playing guitar is on the front also.

The back features a black and white photo of ELVIS. This cover mistakenly reverses the contents of sides two and three. Though the titles are listed wrong on the back cover they are listed correctly on the inside panel. The front cover printing has ELVIS in PINK color, with PRESLEY IN GREEN.

Realeased April of 1956, This cover was never reproduced! The rock band "The Clash" copied this cover for their album "London Calling"..

Sides 2 and 3 on the labels have the song titles reversed, truely A RARE ITEM! This is in near mint condition. No ring wear on front cover, very, very slight wear on back. Front cover and inside of the gate-fold are absolutely fabulous with no tears, no nicks, no tape, no stains. Corners are in great condition! The 45's themselves with sides 1 and 4 is NR/MT and record with sides 2 and 3 is what I consider to be MT. NO SKIP OR JUMPS! THERE IS VERY SLIGHT SURFACE WEAR. THERE ARE VERY SMALL YELLOW NUMBERED CATALOGING STICKERS ON SIDES 2 & 3
