Below is a basic explanation of the grading:
Vinyl: Near Mint = Barely played, very well handled, no scratches aside from just some ultra light hairlines VG+ = Light wear,  very light scuffs or marks, very minor surface noise if any at all (mainly just on in betweens or quiet passages) VG = Light scratches and / or scuffs, some light surface noise, still very enjoyable G+ = Surface noise present but wont overpower music too much, obvious wear on vinyl
Cover: Near Mint = Looks close to new, no edge wear VG+ = Light wear, light scuffing, light edge wear VG = Will show some shuffle and rub wear, edge wear, seams may be partially splitting G+ = Heavierwear, split seams or spine damage, etc ...
