DETAILED CONDITION:
SLEEVE: information card stuck inside top left, otherwise Superb..barely a sign of handling..edges and corners sharp...lovely and clean: EX+
INSERT: Import corner cut, otherwise Perfect: EX
BOOK: Perfect: EX+
VINYL: Beautiful..no more than an occasional wispy ultrafine 'paper contact' hairline...all seem to be unplayed...lovely surface sheen on all sides: EX+
LABELS: Superb..no 'spidering' visible on any of the ten labels even under very strong light: EX+

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied -I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
