PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TAKE JUST A MINUTE TO READ THIS BEFORE YOU LOOK AT MY ITEM If you believe you are covered by paypals insurance , think again!! I got ripped off(to the tune of £845.00 last November only to find out paypals buyer protection doesn`t exist!! I should have received 5 framed original sun singles , is all I received was the frames, and is all paypal have done on my behalf was send the seller 1 that`s ONE email which the seller doesn`t even have to reply to. If you have something stolen in the post paypal ask you for infomation that you just can`t give them like a copy of your police complaint which you won`t be able provide because the item wasn`t stolen from you but from the postal service therefore the postal service have to make the complaint (call the police in) which they won`t do because they say they have thier own investigation squad , and you won`t hear from them for over three months, which by this time your failure to supply paypal whith the information in time (10days) has elapsed and they will close your claim. Also they will wait for 20 days AFTER you put in your claim before they ask you to supply this evidence which has to be faxed to them within ten days of thier request or they will close you claim leaving you to run around trying to prove you have not recieved an item. Then believe it or not they will ask you to return the item (that you havn`t received )IN MY CASE 5 EMPTY 12"X12" FRAMES AT A COST TO ME OF£95.95 SHIPPING (WHY THEY BELONGED TO ME?? LEGALLY) to the seller . then you have to fax the proof of postage to paypal within a certain time or your claim will be closed.And in between all of this ,paypal will send you formes to fill in but you have to find them first. it`s like looking up a passage in the bible but without any chapter or verse numbers, you will then find it difficult to fill it in because it has only American references, like zip code or zone numbers it will take you at least a day to work a way around it, there is lots more but I think you now have a good idea of what you will be up against. BELIEVE ME WHEN YOU SEE THIER LOGO TELLING YOU YOU ARE COVERED FOR UP TO £500.00 OR £1000.00
