ELECTRIC LIGHT ORCHESTRA  "OUT OF THE BLUE"  DOUBLE GATEFOLD LP UK 1977 WITH POSTER ON JET RECORDS UAR 100

Out of the Blue is the seventh studio album by the British rock group Electric Light Orchestra (ELO), released in October 1977. Written and produced by ELO frontman Jeff Lynne, the double album is among the most commercially successful records in the group's history, selling about 10 million copies worldwide.

CONDITION 
The Vinyl is "VERY GOOD/EXCELLENT"  have examined both records under direct light and can only just see some hairline scratches. No deep scratches.
The Labels are "EXCELLENT" some spindle wear under light. Look very presentable, clean etc
The Outer GateFold  Sleeve is "EXCELLENT" is firm and eye catching, very minor scuffs and/or creasing.
The Inner Sleeves are " VERY GOOD/EXCELLENT"  both have some ringwear and small creasing.  Some brown blotches are present just near the inner white lip vinyl entrance area. No tears, writing or any markings overall.
The Spine is "EXCELLENT" and is strong and firm with only some scuffing on the corners. Fully readable.
The Poster is "VERY GOOD/EXCELLENT" has brown discolouration and blotches on the BACK only. This holds it back from being excellent, the presentation side looks almost new.

Overall this item has been well looked after over many years by my father of late who was an E.L.O enthusiast and went to some of their concerts. I have so many of their LP's! Some of which are unusual and spin off's of some kind and probably imported from the U.S. They will all be listed soon so any admirers may be interested.

All has been graded with accordance with the Record Collector Magazine's Grading Guide (See below)

RECORD COLLECTOR MAGAZINE'S GRADING GUIDE 
"MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint. 
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing. 
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. 
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc. 
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced. 
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing. 
BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler."
