Rudy Van Gelder Studio, Hackensack, NJ, October 4, 1955 Original Prestige Lp pressing, #7021, deep groove 446 W. 50th St. address on the label, and "RVG in the dead wax. Deep Grooved on both sides.
The vinyl is very clean and glossy, no marks, plays and looks near mint.
The cover has very light ringwear front and back paste-on, there's a fold in the front paper (see picture), heavy edgewear along the bottom edge, which is just starting to split near the opening, and an inch of paper missing from the top of the spine.
