Title:Van Beethoven-Complete Works For Piano and Violoncello.Famous 1959 (reference)recordings ft.Elly Ney at the Steinway grandpiano and Ludwig Hoelscher on violoncello.Original 1970 edition on the blue,deep grooved TELEFUNKEN label SMB 25048-T/1-3.Three record boxset with 2 recordsized booklets.
Condition:stunning-all 3 records,the box and the booklets are in beautiful MINT-!!!
Grading:all used records have been cleaned once on a prof. cleaning machine.After that I playgrade them on a Rega Planar 9 with a Rega Super Elys moving magnet system(stereo) and I also visually grade each record under a strong light.I give you a detailed desciption of both gradings.50ies/early 60ies pressings of classical music are very hard to be found in completely mint(-) conditions,even if they look so,they mostly don’t play as such on the whole,specially in the quieter parts or at the beginning.One reason may be that the mono-pressings have been played with a heavy mono cartridge and that my stereo-playgrading will not have as good results as when you play the record with mono equipment.Some people also recommend to wash older records 3 times and play it  in between each washing as a whole,unfortunately I only have the time to do it once.My basic gradings are:mint-ex-vg.
