Unchained was the only studio album this UK heavy psych group released in their original short active period in the late 60's and early 70's. It's a really solid mix of pretty heavy guitar driven material and lighter psychedelic rock. Most of the time this LP sounds pretty damn awesome with wonderful highlights like "We Can Fly", "Yesterday's Trip" and "Free" for example. The only real problem I can think of here is the fact that this record is a bit too short. It clocks just about 31 minutes. I would have included at least one more song on the album.

Even if the record is quite short it still won't change the fact that the songs do their job really well. This rare UK heavy psych album is worth giving a try if heavy psychedelic rock pleases your ears.
