Details: - Very rare `Thick Vinyl` 1st ever 1970 UK Pressing on the `RCA VIctor` Label `Front Laminated` in Lovely `West Brothers print` Sleeve, Edwards Hand were formed by Rod Edwards and Roger Hand (thus Edwards Hand), formerly known as Piccadilly Line they continued their classic English psych pop.They were produced by George Martin who, taking a break from working on The Beatles' White Album, described their music as "exceptional". Other comparisons are Kaleidoscope and Fairfield Parlour., so hard to find !! - Run Out/Matrix Side 1 ZPRS 6423-1 / Side 2 ZPRS 6424-1
The cover art is a controversial caricature of a US Sheriff by "Revolver" Beatles artist / friend Klaus Voorman. This artwork was banned by the US label and was subsequently replaced with different artwork on the US pressing of the album. The band is virtually the same grouping that backed Marianne Segal and Dave Waite on the legendary Fly On Strange Wings album by Jade.

Vinyl: (M-) Top `Thick` Vinyl `Looks Unplayed` - even under Bright Halogen Spotlights cant really see any marks, maybe just 1 or 2 sleeve removal scuffs - plays as new - hard to better!! Sleeve: (EX++/NM) Lovely `Front Laminated` West Brothers Print` Sleeve, Perfect spine No Edge wear, Razor Sharp opening (always a good way of showing record has been rately removed), a Superb copy (see photos) Labels: Undamaged labels - no visible spindle lines `Looks Unplayed` Post/Packing: UK - £5.50, Europe - £7.50, World £9.50I use professionally made packers with card stiffeners & record removed from album cover
Gradings: I use the standard UK gradings as set out in Record Collector Magazine below:
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
Near Mint, EX+, VG+ etc are acceptable additions to help `fine tune` descriptions for the buyer
