Welcome to Ozark Nation!

Up for auction is a truly exciting find - an original Edison needle type electric 78 RPM disc featuring Blue Hawaii played by B. A. Rolfe and his orchestra!

After giving it much inspection I would say this disc is in acceptable condition, however, it is unplayed so I am grading this visually. Unfortunately this rare disc does have scratches to it.  There are several scuffs to the surfaces and it needs a TLC cleaning by someone familiar with cleaning 78's  (I do not clean 78's of this scarcity - I will leave that up to you experts out of caution).  There are several 1" or more scratches to the Mean to Me side, and at least one scratch to the Blue Hawaii side.  I do not know how this will effect play, and the shellac, outside of those flaws, is in pretty good shape with some shine still to it.  Being auctioned for its tremendous historical value and its obvious collectible.
