Description

Up for auction is a super rare copy of the Ed Askew album "Ask The Unicorn" (some referred to as the self-titled "Ed Askew album") released on ESP Records (ESP Disk 1092) in 1968.  This is a guaranteed original first pressing, not a reissue.  Still sealed in original factory shrink wrap.
Condition is superb.  Shrink wrap is tight and virtually completely intact, no tears or losses.  One very small area along bottom of spine where it has slightly rubbed the corner (hard to notice).  Store price tag affixed to back cover shrink wrap, not album itself.  Small bump upper left corner.  Otherwise, the cover is in perfect, pristine condition, front and back.  I'd grade the cover Near Mint- (NM-).
Of course, as a sealed copy, the vinyl is new, un-played.  The cover lies perfectly flat on the table, indicating that there is no signs of warping of the disc.  I'd grade the vinyl Mint (M).  Of course, I cannot accept returns on sealed records that the buyer has opened, unless, of course, there is some highly unlikely chance that the wrong record has been put in the sleeve by mistake, but in 30 years of collecting, that has never happened in my experience.  But you needn't worry.  This comes from a collection of similar, opened pristine records, and I'm sure it lives up to its pedigree.
This album is ultra rare in any condition, rarely comes up for sale, and sealed copies are virtually impossible to find.  Here's your opportunity to have the nicest copy of this record anyone is ever going to find.  Other copies of this record have sold for almost twice what I'm asking--and those copies weren't sealed!

100% guaranteed, risk free buying.  Money back, no questions asked.  My 100% positive feedback on records speaks for itself.  Buy with complete confidence that you are getting exactly the album that I'm describing.
