ECLECTION UK ELEKTRA 1968 1ST PRESS PSYCH LP MONO RARE!

All records I offer for sale on eBay have been carefully cleaned on my vacuum record cleaning machine and played in full on quality hi-fi to give accurate grading. My grading is based on the UK record collector grading system.  I will gladly combine postage on multiple items so check out my other records. Thanks

Details:- . Here we have a mega-rare very 1st 1968 UK MONO pressing with A1/B1 matrix numbers of the excellent self-titled folk-psyche album by Eclection. It comes in the original laminated EJ Day 'Patent Pending' gatefold sleeve. This record sold in tiny numbers on release and soon vanished. It is now highly rated by many as quick search on the net will show.

Vinyl Condition:- Moderate play only. Vinyl retains deep shine with only a few surface hairlines and sleeve brushings each side. Sound quality is excellent. Crisp clear and detailed. Grades an EX

Sleeve Condition:- Sleeve retains excellent shine, no rips, tears or unwanted writing. Spine is crisp and fully readable. Grades an EX

 

Label Condition:- No wear or markings other than few spindle marks on side two and one or two on side one.

 

This record seldom comes up for sale and even less so in such excellen condition as this one. Don't miss your chance!

Grading Abbreviations

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump.
The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.
