Description

This is a great record by Eclection entitled 'Eclection'. It's an original stereo recording on the UK Elektra label (catalogue no. EKS 74023) and was released in 1968. The band features Trevor Lucas and Gerry Conway and has a wonderful folk/psych feel to it.

OUTER SLEEVE - The gatefold sleeve which is laminated on the outside is in lovely condition with minor wear on the front and on the rear. There are some minor marks and some creasing. The edges are in fine condition with some minor wear. The spine shows some very minor wear but the wording along the spine is 100% readable. I have graded the sleeve as Ex+.

INNER SLEEVE - This is a plain white paper type.

RECORD - The record itself looks clean with some minor superficial marks. There is some very minor surface noise over the two sides of the record and there are very occasional pops and clicks on both sides. There are definitely no jumps or skips on any of the tracks. The labels are the textured orange Elektra type with black wording and both are in fine condition with some definite spindle marks. The record has been well played. Considering its age this record plays very well. There is no damage to the labels on either side. The matrix numbers on the run-off grooves are as follows - side one - EKS 74023 A2 - side two - EKS 74023 B2. I have graded the record as Ex- and I believe that this is very fair.
