  I will only post to these territories via a registered service due to repeated lost parcels. This service is fully insured and signed for upon receipt by you. Please Note: All CD/s are packaged with care in custom made ‘CD Mailers’ or very well protected envelopes if they don’t fit (eg. Japan Mini Lp CDs etc) for ultimate protection. All CDs also come in specialized individual resealable polyprop covers. All items sold within the U.K. are posted 1st Class, and all items sold outside the U.K. are shipped via Airmail (other than those exceptions listed above – MEXICO, SOUTH AMERICA, RUSSIA and other countries not mentioned above). If multiple auctions are won I am happy to ship with NO jewel cases upon request (postage cost to be later determined depending upon location). When payment is made via Paypal or Postal Orders a buyer can usually expect item/s to be posted within 1-5 days of receipt of payment. When payment is made via personal cheque (U.K. only) a buyer can usually expect item/s to be posted within 7-10 days of receipt of payment (extra time for bank clearance). This time allowance is in place as items are only posted on two different days each week. I do NOT go to the post office every day! I don’t have the transport to do this. Please note the following:

I reserve the right to cancel any bids. All bidders are welcome but bidders with no feedback or negative feedback may be contacted for reassurance on my part. Failure to reply will lead to your bid being cancelled as a precautionary measure. I follow the non-paying bidder program when bidders fail to pay to recoup all my costs and will leave negative feedback when necessary. I expect payment within 1 week if within UK, or 3 weeks if outside UK. I am not responsible for any cash payment sent to me. I am also not responsible for loss or damage to items (including jewel cases or items cased in cardboard) once they have been shipped. If you are worried about this you can always get your item shipped with insurance. I do encourage my bidders to contact me immediately in the event of them being unhappy with the purchased item/s, but please note that I do exercise a strict return policy. I do not offer a refund if the bidder simply changes their mind. A refund will only be offered in the event that I acknowledge a clear mistake on my part (eg. the item clearly fails to meet the condition described or the wrong item is posted). I always strive to be completely honest and accurate in all item descriptions, but I do not always have time to check for all defects. Please remember that the picture shown is for display purposes only and may not be an image of the actual CD/Insert being offered for sale. Also, sometimes I may display extra photos with an item (like images of groups/artists) to offer more information/background to potential buyers. These photos are not included in the auction. This auction will be for the ‘described item’ only. If I have NOT described an item as listened to/ or viewed then please assume that I haven’t.
